Personal Profile
周永锋,中国农业科学院深圳农业基因组研究所研究员,博士生导师。中国农业科学院青年英才,深圳市海外高层次人才。2007年本科毕业于兰州大学,2010年获得兰州大学生态学博士学位。2010年10至2020年12月,先后在欧洲和美国学习交流。2012年与2014年分别获得奥卢大学(Universityof Oulu) 群体遗传学专业硕士和博士学位,师从芬兰科学院院士Outi Savolainen教授,2014-2020年先后在奥卢大学与美国加州大学从事博士后研究,师从美国艺术与科学院院士BrandonGaut。2020年底回国以后,全职加入中国农科院农业基因组研究所。成立了葡萄群体基因组学与全基因组设计育种研究团队,开展了葡萄、水稻等作物驯化的群体遗传学研究,揭示了作物的驯化成本,研究了重要农艺性状相关的适应性变异、有害变异与结构变异及其基因组育种意义。先后获得奥卢大学优秀毕业研究生、加州大学优秀青年研究员奖、共发表SCI论文20多篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Nature Plants(3篇)、PNAS、 Molecular Biology and Evolution等杂志发表SCI论文12篇,研究成果被Nature Plants, Science Daily等多家科研媒体报道。Nature Plants, Nature Communications, MBE, Plos Genetics, GenomeBiology, Genetics等期刊常年审稿人,欧盟科学研究基金(ERC)评委,SCI一区期刊Horticulture Research、Horticulturae等期刊副主编或编委成员。课题组主页请见:https://yongfengzhou.wordpress.com/
