Personal Profile
申翠翠,2022年6月受聘于中国农业科学院油料作物研究所,任特聘研究员。
具备农学、植物病理学和生物化学的多学科专业背景,以基础研究服务国家粮油安全战略为导向,在作物地域适应性和植物-病原菌互作方面取得系列成果,阐明了植物生殖发育过程中开花关键因子的调控机制,为培育高产、优质和广泛地域适应性的作物品种提供重要参考;揭示了作物育性恢复蛋白PPR对靶标的识别机制,开发设计的PPR模块是一种新的RNA操作工具,弥补了当前基因操作技术在细胞器研究中的不足;参与报道了核盘菌首个效应因子及与之互作的植物蛋白QCR8,油菜中的QCR8被编辑后,植株表现出优良的菌核病抗性且其他农艺性状不受影响。研究成果发表在Molecular Plant、Nature Communications和Plant Cell等国际主流学术期刊上。
目前主要利用生物化学、细胞生物学、遗传学和结构生物学等技术手段研究十字花科作物根肿病的致病菌——根肿菌与寄主的互作机制,进一步揭示根肿菌的致病机制和寄主的抗病机制,为培育绿色、高效和广谱抗根肿病的作物品种提供理论基础、技术支撑和种质资源。

油料作物基因组学与抗病性改良创新团队
团队以油菜等主要油料作物为研究对象,开展基因组学设计育种与抗病改良研究,重点探讨病害的致病机理、流行规律、抗病基因挖掘和抗病分子机制解析等。团队长期以来,积累了丰富的种质资源和基因组数据资源,具有成熟配套的技术操作体系和服务器、温网室、油菜人工病圃、组培室、植物气候生长室等设施条件。
