中国农科院油料所研究员,博士生导师,国家油菜产业技术体系机械化育种材料创制岗位专家,中国农科院油料所油料作物逆境生物学与抗性改良团队首席,1987年开始参加油菜种质资源和遗传育种科研工作,1996-1999年在丹麦皇家兽医与农业大学研修植物育种和生物技术,获博士学位,通过体细胞融合创建了我国第一个甘蓝型油菜异质性细胞质雄性不育系(Nsa CMS)并实现三系配套,拓宽了杂交油菜细胞质遗传背景;建立了油菜抗裂角性及高通量株型鉴定方法,明确了油菜抗裂角性的遗传及其与其他角果性状的关系,定位了一批抗裂角、分枝角度等性状的QTL,开发了数个与抗裂角性及分枝角度的相关的分子标记,鉴定出油菜中第一个裂角抗性基因;建立了油菜单碱基编辑和双单倍体诱导系介导的油菜基因编缉技术,利用基因编缉创制出抗裂角、抗除草剂、矮杆等育种材料。参与了甘蓝型油菜全基因组测序工作。主持国家科技支撑计划课题“油菜与花生新品种培育与扩繁”(2011BAD35B04),及国家重点研发计划项目“主要经济作物种质资源精准鉴定与创新利用”(2016YFD0100202)等,主持国家基金面上项目2项。发表论文120余篇,其中SCI论文21篇;获得成果奖16项次,农业部技术推广成果一等奖1项(第1),湖北省科技进步一等奖和二等奖各1项(均第2),农业部科技进步二等奖1项(第2名),国家科技进步奖2项(第4;第5),参与培育油菜新品种20个;申报品种权4项,已获得2项,申报发明专利16项,已获授权7项,撰写并发布行业标准1项。
