2013年获得中国农业大学食品科学与工程(农产品加工及贮藏与工程)博士学位,期间赴美国俄亥俄州立大学癌症研究中心联合培养。现任中国农业科学院农业质量标准与检测技术研究所副研究员,兼任全国畜牧业标准化技术委员会委员、农业农村部农产品加工标准化技术委员会委员、中国食品科学技术学会青年委员、中国食品科学技术学会标准食品安全与标准技术分会理事、SCI期刊《Journal of Food Processing& Preservation》编委、中文核心期刊《食品工业科技》编委及Food Chemistry等10余个学术期刊审稿人。
目前主要从事新型加工食品品质评价、优质标志因子挖掘利用及食用农产品化学污染物高效识别确证等领域的研究工作,并从事标准制修订工作。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题等国家省部级项目10项,参加“十二五”公益性行业科技、中国工程院咨询项目、农产品质量安全风险评估及标准制修订项目等近40项。
共发表学术论文74篇(SCI论文50篇、累计被引用382次);第一及通讯发表论文40篇,(SCI论文22篇、JCR一区占比50%)、累计影响因子108.128(其中 2篇>10,10>5篇>6);第一发明人申请发明专利13件(含美国1件)、获中国发明专利授权7件;第三发明人获PCT(欧盟)专利授权1件;完成国家标准3项(第二起草人2项),行业标准5项(第一起草人3项)。获教育部高校科研优秀成果发明奖一等奖(2020年、排名第二)、中国轻工业联合会技术发明奖一等奖(2020年、排名第二)和中国发明专利优秀奖(2018年、排名第三)等省部级奖励共5项。
