个人简介
Personal Profile
尤祥伟,男,1987年1月生,特聘研究员,硕士生导师。2014年7月获中国农业大学农产品安全专业博士学位后来所工作,2019年9月至2020年9月赴美国马萨诸塞大学阿默斯特分校访学,长期从事农产品安全与农业环境治理研究。近5年主持国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、农业部财政项目、山东省“渤海粮仓”科技示范工程项目子课题等科研项目14项,经费579.16万元,参加项目累计经费1500万元;发表学术论文30余篇,其中第一/通讯作者13篇(SCI 11篇),包含top期刊7篇,单篇影响因子>10的2篇;参与制定农药残留限量国家标准260余项(排名第2,技术主持),团体标准1项(排名第1);主编的《面向未来的海水农业》入选 “十三五”国家重点图书重大出版工程规划项目,参编著作6部;授权发明专利6项,转化2项,金额320万元;担任SCI期刊Agriculture专刊客座编辑、国家自然基金评审专家、中国植物保护学会农药残留与环境安全专业委员会委员;J. Hazard. Mater., Sci. Total Environ.等权威期刊审稿人;获得2020年中国植保学会科技进步3等奖1项(排名第5),入选中国农科院“青年英才计划”培育工程(所级)。
团队研究方向:
团队依托滨海滩涂的资源禀赋,坚持“陆海统筹”发展理念,着力搭建国内海洋领域与农业领域交叉学科交流研究平台,从海洋/滩涂等逆境环境挖掘有益生物资源应用于陆地农业,实现“蓝色海洋”和“绿色农业”的有机融合。依托资源评价保护、资源高值利用、生态环境修复三个学科方向,构建盐生经济植物与逆境微生物资源平台、海洋活性物质资源化利用产品孵化基地、滨海滩涂生态环境修复保护联合创新高地,探索与学科发展紧密结合的新理论、新技术和新产品,为蓝色农业、渤海粮仓、美丽乡村和健康烟草等国家战略和行业需求提供理论与技术支撑。
团队人员构成:
团队现有固定人员12人,流动人员3人,全部具有博士学位。其中,首席科学家1人,骨干专家3人,研究助理11人;研究员2人,副研究员2人,所级青年英才1人。另有在读留学生、博士、硕士研究生12人,科研辅助人员9人。
