Personal Profile

一直从事我国重要农业害虫棉铃虫等嗅觉识别的分子和神经机制研究,在植物-害虫-天敌三营养级间的化学通讯机制研究方面取得了重要进展:利用基因组学和转录组学技术对棉铃虫等的嗅觉基因尤其是气味受体进行了鉴定和分析;利用电生理和基因编辑技术对棉铃虫等气味受体和气味受体神经的功能进行了系统研究,阐明了棉铃虫等识别性信息素和植物挥发物的分子和神经机制,为从分子水平筛选昆虫引诱剂和驱避剂奠定了理论基础;以关键气味受体及神经为靶标,筛选出多种对棉铃虫等行为有重要影响的气味化合物,可作为行为调控剂用于害虫的绿色防控,显示出良好的应用前景。

先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项,参加国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家级重点科研课题多项。在Molecular Biology and Evolution、Current Biology、Molecular Ecology Resources等杂志上发表研究论文60多篇,获得国家发明专利授权8项。2016年入选北京市科技新星计划。2019年入选第三批中国农业科学院“青年英才计划”培育工程。2019年获中国昆虫学会第九届青年科学技术奖。被Neuroscience and Biobehavioral Reviews、BMC Genomics、Insect Science等SCI期刊和昆虫学报、中国农业科学等中文核心期刊邀请为审稿人。兼任中国植物保护学会青年工作委员会秘书长。
