个人简介

Personal Profile

刘文文,女,1981年4月出生,主要研究方向为植物病毒学,副研究员,硕士生导师。

2005年获得东北农业大学植物保护学学士学位,2008年获得东北农业大学植物病理学硕士学位,2013年获得中国农业科学院植物病理学博士学位。2013-2015在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所进行博士后研究工作,2014年获得中国农业科学院优秀博士后,2015年作为中国农业科学院青年英才计划D类人才进入植物保护研究所工作,并入选2017年北京市科技新星计划, 2019年为青年英才计划培育工程所级入选者。

一直从事介体昆虫传毒机制的研究工作,利用分离泛素酵母双杂交膜系统研究了水稻条纹病毒与介体灰飞虱之间的互作,获得了100多种互作的介体蛋白,并对其中两种蛋白的传毒功能进行了深入研究,研究结果分别以第一或共同第一作者发表在Molecular& Cellular Proteomics, 2015,PLoS Pathogens, 2014和PLoS Pathogens,2018。受邀以第一作者撰写了纤细病毒属的介体传毒机制进展,发表在Current opinion invirology, 2018。在PLoS Pathogens、Molecular & CellularProteomics、Journal of Proteomics和Frontiers in Microbiology等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇,主持国家自然科学基金等省部级项目4项,参加国家自然科学基金重点项目等3项。
