Personal Profile

陈华民,男,1973年4月出生,河南浚县人。现任中国农业科学院副研究员、硕士生导师。

1996年获沈阳农业大学农产品贮藏与加工专业学士学位,1999年获沈阳农业大学植物病理学硕士学位,2008年获上海交通大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2004-2008年于北京生命研究所联合培养博士,2013-2014年于加州大学戴维斯分校访学一年。2008年-至今,中国农业科学院植物保护研究所从事科研工作。兼任北京植物病理学会理事、副秘书长,Crop Protection杂志副主编,Front Plant Sci杂志和Front Microbiol杂志编委。

陈华民长期从事植物病理学领域相关研究,早期揭示了乙烯信号途径关键转录因子EIN3EIL1通过水杨酸信号途径调控植物先天免疫的作用机制;建立了蛋白-蛋白互作的荧光素酶片段互补图像技术。当前主要以植物-细菌互作为基础,解析病害致灾机理、植物抗病机理,研发可持续发展的绿色防控技术和产品。此外,针对生产上高氮肥加重植物病害为害的实际问题,致力于植物抗病性与氮素吸收利用间关联机制的解析。研究成果曾分别在Plant Cell,Sci Adv,Plant Physiol,New Phytol,Mol Plant Pathol,Pest Manag Sci,Int J Mol Sci,MPMI,Rice,Plant Cell Physiol,Front Microbiol,Appl Environ Microbiol等杂志上发表。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、863计划子课题1项、农业行业科研专项子课题1项,参加十三五重点研发专项、国家转基因重大专项、中国农科院创新工程等多项。
