1983年5月4日出生,汉族,浙江金华人,博士,中国农业科学院农业质量标准与检测技术研究所,暨农业农村部农产品质量标准研究中心研究员、博士生导师、农科英才领军人才,农产品质量安全室主任,“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,2004年和2009年于浙江大学分别获得学士和博士学位,2018年1月晋升为研究员。研究方向为农产品质量与安全,主要从事基于单抗、纳米抗体、重组抗体的小分子化合物抗体识别理论及制备,及其基于免疫层析、荧光、化学发光、生物条形码的免疫分析方法及理论研究。2019-2020年作为国家公派访问学者赴美国加州大学戴维斯分校Bruce D. Hammock院士实验室访学1年。担任Wiley出版Food Safety and Health期刊主编,并兼任第十届全国农药登记评审委员会委员、农业农村部农药残留官方评议专家、农业农村部农业农村标准技术审评专家、国家市场监管总局快速检测及补充检验方法标准评审专家,组织开展了第一届、第二届农业农村部农药快速检测产品评价工作。
主持包括国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目(4项)、国家重点研发计划课题、国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项课题、科技部国际科技合作项目课题、农业部质量安全监管(风险评估)专项、国家/农业行业标准制修订项目等30项;在Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Food Chemistry等国内外期刊上发表SCI论文80余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者发表论文40余篇(最高影响因子27.4);主编出版中文及英文著作2部,编委出版英文著作1部;以第一完成人获授权国家发明专利6项;以第一完成人发布食品安全国家标准农药最大残留限量65项;获国家技术发明奖二等奖、北京市科学技术奖一等奖、中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖等学术奖励7项;并担任“Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry”、“Talanta”、“Food Chemistry”、“Analyst”、“Science of the Total Environment”等10余家国际学术期刊审稿人;工作以来曾先后10次赴美国耶鲁大学、联合国粮农组织、意大利博洛尼亚大学、西班牙瓦伦西亚理工大学、澳大利亚西澳大学等国外机构开展访问交流及合作研究,作为专家参与中国政府对外援助项目对东盟、中亚、非洲、南美等20余个发展中国家政府官员和科研学术单位人员英文授课50小时以上。荣获农业农村部直属机关“四好”党员、中央和国家机关“四好”党员等荣誉称号。
He was born on May 4, 1983, from Jinhua, Zhejiang, with a Ph.D. degree; he is a Professor and doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Quality Standards & Testing Technology for Agro-Products, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Research Center of Quality Standards for Agro-Products, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China. He is also a leading talent in agricultural science and the director of Plant-origin Product Quality and Safety Division. He obtained his bachelor's and doctoral degrees from Zhejiang University in 2004 and 2009, respectively, and was promoted to Professor in January 2018. His research focuses on the quality and safety of agricultural products, mainly engaged in the recognition theory and preparation of small molecule compound antibodies based on monoclonal antibodies, nanobodies, and recombinant antibodies, as well as immunoassay methods and theoretical research based on immunochromatography, fluorescence, chemiluminescence, and bio-barcodes. From 2019 to 2020, he served as a visiting Professor in Bruce D.Hammock’s Laboratory at the University of California, Davis for one year. He serves as the editor in chief of Food Safety and Health, associate editor of Frontiers in Nutrition, and editorial board member of SCI journals such as Foods. He also serves as a member of the 10th National Pesticide Registration Review Committee, official evaluation expert for pesticide residues of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, technical evaluation expert for agricultural and rural standards of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and evaluation expert for rapid testing and supplementary inspection method standards of the State Administration for Market Regulation.
He hosted 30 projects, including 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, National Key Research and Development Program projects, National Major Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Special Project, International Science and Technology Cooperation Project of Ministry of Science and Technology, Quality and Safety Supervision (Risk Assessment) Special Project of Ministry of Agriculture, and National/Agricultural Industry Standard Development Project. He published over 80 SCI papers in domesticand international journals such as Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Food Chemistry, etc., with over 40 papers as the first orcorresponding author (highest impact factor of 27.4); he has published 2 Chinese and English books as the chief editor, and has published 1 English book as the member of editorial board. He has obtained 6 authorized national invention patents as the first author; Publish 65 maximum residue limits for pesticides in the national food safety standard as the first author; 7 academic awards, including the second prize of the State Technological Innovation Award, the first prize of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Award, and the first prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Association for Analysis and Testing; And served as reviewers for over 10 international academic journals, including Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Talanta, Food Chemistry, Science of the Total Environment, Analyst, etc. As an expert, he have participated in more than 50 hours of English lectures for government officials and research and academic personnel from over 20 developing countries, including ASEAN, Central Asia, Africa, and South America, as part of the Chinese government's foreign aid projects.
