Personal Profile
1996、1999年分别获得湖南农业大学学士和硕士学位,2002年获中国科学院植物研究所理学博士学位。2003年至2005年在清华大学生物技术系从事博士后研究工作,2006-2018年在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所从事小麦分子育种科研工作,2018年12月加入中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所。
主要以萝卜、芥菜、葱蒜类等蔬菜为材料,开展产量、品质和抗病性等性状的鉴定与评价,发掘优异基因资源;致力于研究品质和抗病关键功能基因的作用机制,开发有效的分子标记,探究种质资源的遗传演化关系等。主持国家自然科学基金项目和国家科技专项子项目多个,参加多项973,863项目。在国内外学术刊物上发表研究论文88篇,其中SCI论文54篇,总影响因子240.64;发表会议文摘11篇;参编著作1部;申请国家发明专利18项,获授权专利16项;参与培育农作物新品种18个,已获审定品种5个。
