个人简介
Personal Profile
李丹:男,湖北利川人,1982年,甘肃省杰青,副研究员,硕士生导师。进入中国农业科学院兰州兽医研究所后一直从事非洲猪瘟病毒的致病与免疫抑制机制以及口蹄疫病毒的致病与免疫抑制机制的研究。研究结果以第一、并列第一或者并列通迅作者先后在JV、JI、JBC等杂志上发表20余篇研究性论文,并授权和受理10多项专利。
1. 甘肃省科技厅,甘肃省杰出青年基金项目,17JR5RA323,天然免疫信号分子TBK1降解口蹄疫病毒蛋白VP3的机制研究,2017-09至2020-09,20万元,结题,主持。
2. 国家自然科学基金委,青年项目,31402179,口蹄疫病毒结构蛋白 VP3 调控β干扰素信号通路的分子机制,2015-01至2017-12,24万元,已结题,主持。
