草食动物细菌病研究团队研究动物支原体等重要动物细菌病的病原生物学及免疫机理，提供重要动物细菌性传染病的防控技术支撑和细菌耐药解决方案，创制重要动物细菌病疫苗及诊断试剂新产品。

研究小组成员包括:  刘婷婷、崔洁文、王武斌。主要研究金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、牛羊支原体等细菌裂解性噬菌体的分离、生物学特性分析，及生物防治；以及产气荚膜梭菌及腐败梭菌5种毒素蛋白的表达及其间接ELISA及化学发光 法的建立。
