Personal Profile
刘思国,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所细菌研究室主任,动物细菌病创新团队首席科学家,农业部第七届兽药评审专家库专家,中国防痨协会人兽共患结核病专业分会副主任委员。
承担了包括科技攻关重大专项、973项目、863项目及国家自然科学基金项目等十余项科研课题。
主要研究方向为结核分枝杆菌等重要病原菌的致病免疫机理及防控技术研究。发表SCI收录文章80余篇,著作8部,获省部级奖6项,获发明专利16项。
团队瞄准国家战略需求,紧密围绕“四个面向”的战略目标,聚焦严重危害养殖业健康发展重要细菌病的科学问题,在科学理论突破、技术创新和产品创制等方面开展研究工作,为我国养殖业健康发展和公共卫生安全提供重要的保障。自2005年以来,先后承担973计划、863计划、国家自然基金、公益性行业(农业)专项、黑龙江省科学基金、哈尔滨市人才创新项目、中国博士后科学基金等40余项课题,发表SCI收录文章100余篇,出版专著11部,获得省部级奖10项,获得发明专利20项。目前,团队与美国堪萨斯州立大学、德国柏林自由大学、英国帝国理工大学及清华大学等建立了良好的合作关系。
团队现有固定研究人员11人,其中研究员2人、副研究员5人、助理研究员4人。在读硕士/博士研究生20余人。
研究方向包括:
1. 动物结核病研究
以结核分枝杆菌、牛分枝杆菌和副结核分枝杆菌等为对象,开展流行病学、转录调控及致病机制研究,研发新型的防控制剂。
2. 病原菌耐药机制研究
以动物重要病原菌为对象,开展细菌耐药流行病学,阐明耐药形成及传播机制,研发安全、高效的抗菌制剂。
3. 猪呼吸系统疾病研究
开展猪呼吸道细菌病(副猪嗜血杆菌和胸膜肺炎放线杆菌)的病原生物学、流行病学、致病机理及基因工程疫苗研究。
4. 食源性细菌病研究
以沙门氏菌和单增李斯特菌等重要食源性致病菌为对象,开展流行规律、风险评估及防控策略研究;研发新型防控制剂。
5. 动物链球菌病研究
开展动物链球菌流行病学、毒力因子及功能、复制机制、致病机理和防控技术研究。

开展动物结核病、牛副结核病的流行病学研究,阐明流行特点、分布及流行规律,制定相应的防控策略和方案。
2、牛分枝杆菌等重要病原菌持续感染和致病机理研究
开展牛分枝杆菌等重要动物病原菌与宿主的相互研究,揭示重要病原菌持续感染和致病机理。
3、动物结核病等重要细菌病新型防控制剂研究
研发针对动物结核病等的安全、高效防控制剂,包括新型疫苗、诊断技术和抗菌制剂。
