项目围绕两个方向:
(1) 针对猪链球菌及其它相关链球菌,发现参与肽聚糖合成和细胞分裂这一基础代谢过程的重要蛋白,解析其功能和作用机制,为开发新型链球菌及细菌抗菌药物靶标奠定理论基础。
(2)采用猪链球菌表面展示的方法,开发猪链球菌病及重要动物病毒病的多联疫苗,为动物病防治提供新材料、新思路。
