Personal Profile
吴波,副研究员,理学博士,中国农业科学院和成都大学硕士研究生导师。2004年毕业于西北农林科技大学生命科学学院生物技术专业,理学学士;2014年毕业于四川大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业,理学博士;2008年至2010年期间,获中国留学基金委资助赴荷兰莱顿大学生物研究所(Institute of Biology Leiden Universiteit)进行博士研究生联合培养。2012年起任职于农业部沼气科学研究所生物质能技术研究中心、中国农业科学院秸秆资源化利用创新团队。现任四川省科技青年联合会理事、中国微生物学学会会员。
主要研究方向:(1)微生物种质资源创制创新:基于理性分子设计或非理性诱变和实验室进化策略创制工程菌株,实现微生物种质资源的高通量筛选、评价和发酵过程工程放大优化等平台技术和方法。
(2)代谢工程和合成生物学工具的开发和应用。结合多组学数据整合分析,以多基因代谢途径组装、CRISPR基因组编辑等使能技术为核心,开发运动发酵单胞菌等微生物底盘,提高发酵性能和生物基化学品的产量。
(3)农业废弃物的肥料化利用。以秸秆等大宗农业废弃物原位堆肥就地消纳技术为手段,以土壤微生物组调控为核心,实现种植业以肥提质,以质增效。
