Personal Profile

王雪峰,男,博士,副研究员,硕士研究生导师。主要从事马传染性贫血病毒及慢病毒复制调控、致病机制等相关研究。以马传贫弱毒疫苗为模型,系统分析了马传贫病毒进化规律,揭示了EIAV 致弱的分子基础,绘制了基因组遗传演化图谱、解析了疫苗株的“准种”构成、进一步探讨了EIAV基因变异与病毒复制、毒力及免疫原性的关系;提出了“EIAV 弱毒疫苗可能起源于 EIAV 准种的一个小分支”的假说,为慢病毒疫苗关键因素——免疫原的策略设计提供了新的思路;提出并证实了“囊膜多样性是EIAV弱毒疫苗诱导免疫保护的关键因素”的假设;建立了EIAV高效表达的反向遗传系统,为EIAV致病机制研究提供了重要的平台;建立了EIAV微量中和抗体检测方法,完成了EIAV弱毒疫苗免疫马中和抗体的消涨规律研究;发现跨膜蛋白胞外区V/I505T突变影响蛋白结构稳定性,增加了病毒对温度的敏感性;发现EIAV囊膜蛋白羧基端调控囊膜蛋白切割和细胞内定位,进而影响病毒释放;在EIAV发现了多个新的编码蛋白,已证明新编码蛋白S4可以通过对抗宿主限制因子Tetherin促进病毒释放;建立了马鼻疽补体结合反应试验,参与修订马鼻疽诊断标准。

主持和参加国家自然基金青年项目、面上项目和国家重大科技专项等课题10多项,发表学术论文60多篇,在Journal of Virology、Emerging Microbes & Infections、Retrovirology、Viruses等学术期刊上发表SCI论文30多篇(第一作者12篇),获黑龙江省科学技术奖(二等奖,第三完成人)、中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖(第三完成人);获第十二届全国病毒学会获“优秀青年论文二等奖”及其他学术奖励3项、参编专著3部。

团队展示

马传染病与慢病毒病创新团队由首席科学家(研究员1人)、科研骨干(副研究员9人)、研究助理(助理研究员2人)和科研助理(4人)及多名在读博士、硕士研究生组成。

团队主要开展以下几方面研究工作:

(1)病毒与宿主天然免疫相互作用研究。揭示宿主天然免疫与病毒间的相互作用分子机理,重点关注宿主免疫压力对逆转录病毒、流感病毒等进化的促进作用及机制、病原跨种间感染机制。

(2)马属动物传染病病原的致病与免疫机制研究。 深入开展马传贫病毒、马流感病毒和马疱疹病毒等病原的基因功能研究,病毒致病的分子机理,以及疫苗免疫保护机理研究。

(3)马属动物重要传染病的流行病学和防控应用技术研究。重点关注马属动物传染病的诊断和防控用生物制品的研发,创建新型传染病诊断试剂盒、预防及治疗用疫苗,形成系列防控用生物工程技术产品体系,服务于全国的马病防治。
