现任动物流感及禽新发病毒病病原生态学创新团队首席科学家、国家病原微生物实验室生物安全专家委员会委员、农业农村部第七届兽药评审专家库专家、第三届全国动物防疫专家委员会委员、中国禽病学会理事。先后入选国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,全国农业科研杰出人才、科技部“创新人才推进计划”中青年科技创新领军人才、上海市领军人才等,曾获国家自然科学奖二等奖一项、首届全国最美青年科技工作者称号和上海市五一劳动奖章。先后承担了国家和省部级项目、课题20余项;首次发现鸭坦布苏病毒病不依赖蚊媒的传播方式及相关分子机理,为鸭坦布苏病毒病防控奠定了理论基础.获得授权发明专利10项,其中1项为美国专利;主编《猪流感》专著1部,发表学术论文80余篇,2014以来连续入选爱思唯尔中国(大陆)高被引学者。成功研制出鸭坦布苏病毒病活疫苗和鸭坦布苏病毒ELISA抗体检测试剂盒,分别获得了三类和一类新兽药证书,对鸭坦布苏病毒病防控发挥了重要作用。
