Personal Profile
龚海燕, 女,日本归国博士,东京大学博士后,副研究员,硕士生导师,动物源性食品安全创新团队。现在以食源性病原微生物和人兽共患病为主要研究领域。硕士期间进行了猪内源性逆转录病毒分子多态性分析。攻读博士学位期间从事蜱的分子生物学方面的研究。2009-2012年在东京大学农学部微生物学研究室做博士后,主要从事弓形虫受体方面的研究。2012年回国进入中国农业科学院上海兽医研究所,工作重点在于食源性病原微生物,外界蜱媒携带病原体的生物安全性评估、巴贝斯虫与蜱的互作、巴贝斯虫酶体系的功能鉴定及药物靶标初筛、蜱的miRNA的调控等前沿性课题。曾主持“十三五” 国家重点研发计划项目子课题,日本学术振兴会(JSPS)项目,留学回国人员科研启动基金项目,日本NRCPD-OUAVM Joint Research课题,中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费项目等7项,并参与上海科技兴农和国家973项目各一项。发表文章100余篇,其中SCI文章70余篇,获得专利一项并参与三项,培养硕士研究生多名。
