个人简介
Personal Profile
胡青海,男,博士,研究员。1994年7月获安徽农业大学兽医专业学士学位,1997年7月获南京农业大学预防兽医学专业硕士学位,2005年6月获扬州大学预防兽医学专业博士学位。1997年8月至2002年8月在江苏省家禽科学研究所工作,2005年9月至2007年7月在上海交通大学医学院做博士后,2007年8月至今在中国农业科学院上海兽医研究所工作,2016年3月至2017年3月在美国威斯康辛大学密尔沃基分校做访问学者。
主要从事鸭疫里默氏杆菌等动物病原细菌的分子致病机制、新型疫苗及食源性致病菌的快速精准检测等方面的研究。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发项目子课题、上海市科技创新项目、上海市自然科学基金等课题多项;获得江苏省科技进步三等奖(排名第1)、教育部技术发明二等奖(排名第4)和中国农业科学院科技成果二等奖(排名第4)各1项;获得国家发明专利6项;培养已毕业的研究生有23名(含联合培养)。
主持的科研项目主要有:
1. 上海市科技创新项目(农业领域)“基于一体化微流控芯片的CRISPR恒温扩增研究及在食源性致病菌多联检中的应用(21N31900900)”,2021年7月至2024年6月,70万元。
2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目“IX分泌系统在鸭疫里默氏杆菌致病过程中的作用(31772770)”,2018年1月至2021年12月,59万元。
3. 国家重点研发项目“重要人畜共患食源性病原微生物在动物养殖和屠宰过程中的风险检测和防控技术研究(2018YFD0500500)”子课题-“微流控LAMP芯片多病原检测技术与产品的研发”, 2018年6月至2021年6月,30万元。
4. 国家自然科学基金面上项目“溶血素在鸭疫里默氏杆菌HXb2株获铁和致病过程中的作用(31472224)”,2015年1月至2018年12月,82万元。
5. 国家自然科学基金面上项目“应用抑制性消减杂交和信号标签诱变技术筛选鸭疫里默氏杆菌的毒力基因(31272590)”,2013年1月至2016年12月,80万元。
6. 国家自然科学基金面上项目“鸭疫里默氏杆菌OmpA 蛋白功能的研究(31072156)”,2011年1月至2013年12月,32万元。
