Personal Profile
孙元,男,1980年6月生,博士,研究员,预防兽医学专业,硕士生导师,中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所猪烈性传染病创新团队骨干二级,青年龙江学者。主要从事猪瘟、非洲猪瘟、伪狂犬病等猪烈性传染病的流行病学和防控技术研究。作为第一完成人,创造性地将人5型腺病毒载体和甲病毒复制子载体合二为一,首创了腺病毒/甲病毒复制子嵌合载体猪瘟疫苗rAdV-SFV-E2,该疫苗已完成临床试验,正进行新兽药注册。此外,构建了一系列预防猪瘟等重要传染病的活载体疫苗以及伪狂犬病病毒变异株基因缺失疫苗。另外,在伪狂犬病病毒神经传导、体内示踪和潜伏感染等方面进行了深入的研究。非洲猪瘟传入我国以后,在猪场生物安全及综合防控技术方面开展了深入的研究,参与编写了《猪场复养技术要点》和《非洲猪瘟大家谈》,对我国养猪从业人员科学复养、疫病防控具有重要的参考价值。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,青年项目1项;十三五国家重点研发计划项目子课题2项;哈尔滨市科技创新人才专项资金项目1项。获国家发明专利5项,获转基因微生物安全证书2项,临床试验批件1项。以第一/共第一作者或通讯/共通讯作者发表SCI文章30余篇。
本团队近5年在猪烈性传染病研究方面取得了重要成果,主持“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目7项,青年基金项目7项;在Cell Host & Microbe、PNAS、Journal of Virology等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文45篇;获得国家发明专利18项;获得黑龙江省自然科学二等奖1项、中国农业科学院杰出科技创新奖1项、大北农科技奖1项;猪瘟标记疫苗获得临床试验批件并通过新兽药注册初审,实现转让1500万元;建立了与猪瘟标记疫苗配套的ELISA抗体鉴别诊断技术和疫苗免疫效果监测技术;非洲猪瘟荧光PCR检测试剂盒获得新兽药注册批准,并转化520万元;评价了10余种针对非洲猪瘟病毒有效的消毒剂;编写了《猪场复养技术要点》和《非洲猪瘟大家谈》,并进行了推广与应用,成功指导大北农等猪场进行复养,成效显著;在全国范围内开展了非洲猪瘟防控技术讲座和培训,为我国生猪产业的快速复产和健康发展发挥了重要作用。团队首席获得院农科英才和珠江学者称号;培养龙江青年学者1名、黑龙江省头雁计划骨干1名、黑龙江省杰出青年和优秀青年基金获得者各1名,培养研究员1名、副研究员4名、院优秀博士后1名。
