个人简介

Personal Profile

2008年博士毕业于中国农业科学院研究所院,获得作物遗传育种博士学位。2008年至今,在中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所工作。目前研究的主要内容是通过对蔬菜病原物基因组,转录组,代谢组等组学的研究,并结合分子实验的方法揭示蔬菜——病原物互作的分子机制。研究兴趣涉及病原物基因组的变异,致病基因的表达模式以及真菌次生代谢产物。近年来主持国家自然科学面上及青年基金各一项,主持国家重点研发课题一,以骨干身份参与院创新工程,973等多个项目的研究。在new phytologist, the plant journal , plos pathogen等知名杂志上发表SCI论文20余篇,获得授权专利10项。
