研究内容:
1)活性小分子对大肠杆菌、肠炎沙门氏菌等G‒病原菌杀菌机理的研究,应用细胞学、分子生物学及组学等技术分别从细胞、基因和蛋白水平研究生物活性分子诱导畜禽腹泻致病菌G−类细胞凋亡及其类凋亡机制;
2)活性小分子定点定向设计、分子改造、合成及其修饰,建立与内毒素结合域的关键序列,并建立内毒素血症、病原菌肠炎模型。
3)防人对宠物过敏制剂的创制,研究特异性阻隔分子设计、制备及其功效。
